London 2012: Adlington's not looking past qualification
Rebecca Adlington says just qualifying for the Olympics will be a "challenge" and even just to appear at London 2012 will be amazing.
The swimmer is aiming to claim one of just two slots in her discipline at the British Gas Swimming Championships early next month. But the depth of competition means that the reigning 400m and 800m freestyle Olympic champion says she's not even sure of being able to defend her titles.

Rebecca Adlington: London 2012 will be 'amazing'
Whatever happens, Adlington said in an exclusive interview that she will make a decision on whether to continue her career at the end of the summer.
"It all depends on the Olympics and what happens whether I carry on swimming or retire," she said. "If I think I can't improve any more I want to finish on a high."
But whatever happens she says she's looking forward to having a couple of weeks off.
