New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning insisted he never lost faith as his team came from behind to earn a last-minute 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots to win Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis.
Speaking after being named the game's Most Valuable Player, Manning said: "I'm proud of our team, we stayed positive, we were moving the ball well but we just couldn't get touchdowns. I knew that our defence would get us a turnover eventually and they did and then it was down to a last drive. We made some big plays, and it feels great."

Stayed up to see what the so called biggest show on earth was all about. WHAT A LOAD OF BORING RUBBISH. Good job it has not caught on in this country.3 long hours for about 15 minutes actual play. Keep it firmly in the USA, The yanks really must start watching both Rugby Union and League to watch real mens sport.
