Marco Botti has the Arlington Million in mind for Crackerjack King after being pleased with the British debut of the ex-Italian colt in the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown.

The four-year-old, seven times a winner in Italy including in the Group One Premio Presidente Della Repubblica, finished fifth behind Nathaniel.

"He's come out of the race fine and I was happy with him this morning. He has taken it really well but, as I thought before the race, the ground was too soft for him," said the Newmarket trainer.

"Ryan (Moore) said he just got tired in the ground. Without taking any credit from the horses in front of ours, who are very good, it was testing ground and we feel our horse definitely needs better conditions.

"I will have to confirm it with the owners, but I think we will go for the Arlington Million. As he has taken Sandown really well, that is the race we could go for."
