Olympics 2012 Day 16: Results from the final day

Team GB's results
Modern Pentathlon
Samantha Murray finished second to win Team GB's final medal in the modern pentathlon event. Mhairi Spence also competed for Britain, finishing in 21st. After the first events - fencing, riding and swimming Murray sat in fourth place, but fought her way back in the final combined run and shoot event.
Athletics
The men's marathon took place this morning and Lee Merrien and Scott Overall finished 30th and 61st respectively.
Cycling – Mountain Bike
Unfortunately Liam Killeen was disqualified from the race after 7.6km, roughly a fifth of the way through.
Boxing
The welterweight silver medal was claimed by Freddie Evans in a tough fight against the second seed, Kazakhstan's Serik Sapiyev. Within an hour though Anthony Joshua took to the ring and made a magnificent comeback against Italy's Roberto Cammarelle, winning gold.
