Located approximately 32 kilometres north of the Olympic Park on the edge of the River Lee Country Park in Hertfordshire, a 300-metre competition course and a 160-metre training course have been built on the site. After the Games, the course will be used as a training venue for both the public and elite athletes, while the 12,000 seats will be taken down.
